Where do I go when I arrive at Modern Work Suites & Studios?
When you arrive look for the large Modern Work yellow arrow sign on the south east side of the building.
A few things to help you when you arrive.
- Guest parking is located on the east side of the building at the top parking lot.
- All office suites are located on the third floor. Suite numbers on the third floor range from 100s to 1000s.
- In the lower entry you are met with a flight of stairs. There is great news though, around the corner is an elevator.
- At the top of the stairs is a waiting area and immediately off the elevator is the property managers office.
