Studio 304 is currently occupied by Modern Work Suites Member Brain Fire Therapy. The office suite is located on the third floor on Third Street. When you arrive on the third floor from the elevator, walk to the front through all of Second Street. After reaching the Low Impact Gym, turn to your right (you are now on Central Avenue) and walk until you get to Suite 318, turn left (you are now on Third Street) and walk down the hallway. It will be the fifth office on your right. See where Studio 304 is on the floor plan.
