Studio 825 is the office of Vesta.
Studio 825 is currently occupied by Modern Work Suites Member Vesta. The office suite is located on the third floor on Front Street. When you arrive on the third floor from the elevator, take a right off the elevator (you are on Broadway Blvd) and head down to the end of the hallway. At the end of the hallway turn left to Front Street. It is the last office to the right. See where Studio 825 is on the floor plan here.
