Suite 404 is the office of Alzheimer’s Association.
Studio 404 is currently occupied by Modern Work Suites Member Alzheimer’s Association. The office studio is located on the third floor on Hollywood Boulevard. When you arrive on the third floor from the elevator, walk to the front through all of Second Street. After reaching Central Avenue, continue on Second Street. Once you get to Suite 202 walk to your right (You are now on Hollywood Boulevard) after Third Street, it will be the first office to your right. See where Suite 404 is on the floor plan here.

The Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter is dedicated to providing support, education, and resources to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Through a wide range of services, including care consultations, support groups, and educational programs, the Nebraska Chapter helps individuals navigate the challenges of memory loss while promoting brain health and early detection. Additionally, the association advocates for Alzheimer’s research and advances in treatments, working to improve the quality of life for those impacted.
