Modern Works has been our Agency's answer for office space. The space is beautiful, fun and a lil funky in all the right ways! It impresses all of our clients, vendors and visitors when they arrive. Kate, the Property Manager and Tom, the maintenance guru are truly a dynamic duo! Kate is always cheerful and kind, and helpful and responsive to our business needs. We opened our business in one office studio at Modern Work and as we grow they allow us to grow too. We have added another studio and are now looking at a larger suite. Thanks for making our work lives enjoyable!

We just moved into Modern Work Suites and the atmosphere here is unlike any of the other shared work spaces in Omaha (we toured them all). When taking into consideration all of the amenities that Modern Work Suites has to offer, it was a no-brainer decision to make this space our new home. Multiple conference rooms, business center, custom furniture, low impact work out center, lego room to entertain children of guests, lounge rooms, break room with pool table and ping pong. It's one of the coolest spaces I've experienced, a literal time machine into the 1960s, but with all the latest technology of 2020. This is the best decision we've made to supercharge the growth of our business.

Great place, I love the atmosphere. Very fresh and new. I love that they have feature such as Lego room, living room, etc. Fantastic!

An amazing place to work. Onsite manager is caring and quick in helping out with any issues. Happy hour and monthly open houses are a great way to connect with other future partners in business and a great way to unwind after a long work week. Come visit and you'll want to be here too!

They have created a terrific community working atmosphere in the building. There are plenty of lounging areas and amenities to go along with the rentable suites. On Fridays, it's fun to have a drink in the Mixx Lounge with others in the building.

This place has a really cool vibe. Everything inside the building once you go up a few levels is amazing. It's location, exterior and stairs are the only reason why it doesn't get a SOLID 5 stars. Once you are in--it's fantastic. The voyage from your car to your Suite destination is less-so.

I love it here. The landlord is amazing, exceptionally fair and accommodating. Stop by our place for some candy and coffee and we will show you around the place....it's a great place to be and even get some work done every day!
